Supply chain manager

The supply chain manager will report to the vice-president, Operations. The person will be responsible for the management of the company's supply chain operations and its day-to-day execution and optimization.


Main responsibilities

  • Manage the supply chain team;  
  • Measure partner and supply chain performance;
  • Supplier agreement's and builds partnerships;
  • Develop sourcing strategy;
  • Manage and optimize the budget;  
  • Manage and optimize the supply chain and lead the transformation of the current supply chain model in partnership with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Drive operational excellence and implement best practices across supply chain functions to improve and optimize flows, reduce risks and increase quality levels;
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to confirm global market demand and manage the S&OP process (Sales and Operations);
  • Develop procurement strategies to improve overall efficiency, reduce costs and improve material quality;
  • Manage and prioritize all functional needs related to ERP requirements with a focus on improving process efficiency.


  • Bachelor's degree in operations management and logistics or related field;
  • Minimum five years of experience in the supply chain field;
  • In-depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes and current best practices;
  • Excellent  understanding of medical manufacturing and PCBA (asset);
  • Proven experience in the area of new product launches (NPI);
  • Experience with supply chain processes/methodologies - such as JIT (Just-in-time), S&OP, Lean, and Six Sigma;
  • Strong negotiating skills ;
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomy and proactivity;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Willing to travel (local and international).
