    Hello,

When I open the development centre I can see the feedback from joints and can move them around, however I am unable to open / close the hand with the virtual joystick. Hand control does work with the physical joystick. Is there some connect protocol to get the hand to respond to the GUI?

    Cheers,

    Pawel

    Hello Pawel,

Have you tried using the keyboard controls ? If not please give it a try! Also if the arm was closed but the Development Center was not restarted this could cause this error. The other thing to make sure is that the fingers must be completely opened to initialize them to have full control of them after. One last thing to make sure is that you are not running two software at once for the arm as this could cause some bugs.

Let us know how it goes, do not hesitate if you have questions.

    Sincerely,
